Welcome to Holy Hotdish. In 2017, after spending the first 29 years of my life in North Dakota, I relocated to southern Texas. And while the winters are a little more palatable here, I often miss my home state. In order to stay connected to my Midwestern roots, I'm cooking and then rating various dishes from the rural church fundraiser cookbooks I've accumulated over the years. Join me as I navigate Jell-O salads, tater tot hotdish and a thousand variations of dessert bars.
